The fast moving nature of a typical business generally means that the owner/manager's time is in high demand. This service provides either monthly or bi-monthly support (depending on the business) to the owner and is designed to be a highly effective investment both for the business and the person also. Typically taking about 2 hours per visit, it gives opportunity to focus on key objectives along with working on leadership and management of the strategic plan. The meetings also leave time to discuss and provide solutions to operational matters and people issues. Participation at sensitive or important meetings is offered also as part of this service along with email or telephone contact throughout the month.

The visits are set for fixed days and times per month where possible for mutual planning purposes and run best when agreed for a minimum of 6 months and ideally a year.
